Q: How would you describe a typical day in your shoes?
A: I usually wake up an hour or so before necessary to sit down and get comfy with a cup of coffee. It really helps me get my mind right for the day.
After some breakfast, I get in a good workout. During the week, I have class. But the good thing about going to school in Southern California is that I can hit the beach on the weekends for surfing or swimming. I get in a technical session later in the day. I’m excited to be home for the holidays though. I’ll be getting in a lot of hiking and ice skating.
Q: What is your favorite memory from your soccer career?

Of course, I will always remember traveling with my club team, we have some great memories from the road. I also remember playing in my first summer camp here in New Hampshire. It was on this coach’s farm (Ben Brewster). His pet pig followed him everywhere and we were able to pick a vegetable after every practice. Funny, right?
