QUALIFICATION & STRUCTURE:
- U15-U17 Teams:
- All U15, U16, and U17 ECNL teams compete in the National Play-Off in Aurora, CO.
- Teams compete in either the Champions League (32 teams), North American League (32 teams), or the Showcase Division (8 teams).
- Eight teams from the Champion’s League and eight teams from the North American League will advance from the National Play-Off to the National Finals in Richmond, VA where they will compete for the National Championship in their respective league.
- U18 Teams: The top sixteen U18 teams will compete for the National Championship in Aurora, CO.

MEDIA & SCOUT INFORMATION:
TRAVEL INFORMATION:
- Play-Off Event (U15-U17): The ECNL recommends teams schedule departure travel for after 8pm on the final day of competition (June 23, 2013). ALL teams participating in the event are to book their hotels through ECNL Travel Support.
- U18 National Finals: The ECNL recommends teams schedule departure travel for after 3pm on June 24, 2013. ALL teams participating in the event are to book their hotels through ECNL Travel Support.
Hotel Booking Procedure: All ECNL Member Clubs participating in this event must follow the hotel booking procedures outlined below. Team Managers, Coaches, and Travel Coordinators are responsible for this process being followed. The hotels listed below are the only hotels that are approved for the ECNL Play-Off. Each team must use one of the preferred hotels listed below. Please be sure to pass this information on to whoever is handling your ECNL travel. Each team is required to submit hotel booking information as noted below.
Step One: Review the below list of approved hotels. Once you have reviewed the list below and selected the hotel or hotels you would like to utilize for the tournament, please complete the requested form that will enable us to request a contract for your club.

Step Two: You will receive a contract from the hotel that you selected utilizing the form above. . Once you receive the contract from the hotel you must sign and return to the hotel. Please make sure to send a copy of the contract to helmsbriscoe at arichard@helmsbriscoe.com or smoore@helmsbriscoe.com
All reservations must be made prior to May 20th, 2013.
