Each club applying for 2012-2013 ECNL membership should carefully review the Requirements for Membership to ensure that the club is willing and able to adhere to all of Requirements for Membership.
Application Instructions: Any soccer club applying for 2012-2013 membership in the Elite Clubs National League (“ECNL”) must complete the entire 2012-2013 ECNL New Membership Application within all required deadlines. Submission information is found on page two of the 2012-2013 ECNL New Membership Application.
Application Timeline: No applications will be accepted before the application period opens, and no applications will be accepted after the application period closes. The New Membership Application Period for the 2012-2013 ECNL season is as follows:
- December 1, 2011: New Membership Application Period opens.
- January 15, 2012: New Membership Application Period closes.
Application Review Process: All applications will be reviewed by a committee selected by the ECNL Board of Directors based on the following criteria:
- Club’s Player Development Guidelines.
- Club’s History of Youth Player Development.
- Club’s History of Success in Elite Competitions, Tournaments and Leagues.
- Club’s Technical Staff.
- Club Acceptance.
